ORDERING BY MAIL
You can download an Order Form here, which you may find useful for written requisitions. Please include the product reference number as well as the description when writing out your order.

ORDERING BY FAX
Fax your order direct to Customer Services on 01604 620002.

ORDERING BY E-MAIL
Send your order by e-mail to info@hemmingva.com. For security reasons please do not e-mail us with your credit card details.

DELIVERY
For the majority of orders delivery costs £5.50 to UK mainland by courier. You will need to sign for the goods. Please call us for information on all delivery services available to you. Smaller items may be posted at cost.

FREE DELIVERY
Pay by credit/debit card when ordering or send a pro-forma cheque and we’ll pay for your delivery.

30 DAY CREDIT account
We’ll gladly give you a credit account. We just ask that you place an order with a minimum value of £25 (excluding VAT and delivery) and pay within 30 days.

CREDIT/DEBIT CHARGE CARDS
Payment may be made for your order using a Credit Card. We accept Visa / Eurocard / Mastercard / Maestro / JCB card / American Express and Delta. Your card will not be charged until the day of despatch.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
Our minimum order value for account customers is £25 + VAT & Delivery. There is no minimum order value for pre-paid orders and credit card orders.

INVOICES
If the invoice address is the same as the delivery address your invoice will sent with your order in a ‘Documents Enclosed’ pouch on the packaging.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
EC customers who are VAT registered must include their number on the order form to qualify for zero rating. EC customers without VAT registration will be charged the UK rate.

RETURNS POLICY
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us, or arrange a collection. Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. packaging and delivery charge. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: if you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note, in all instances Hemming Healthcare shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

All offers are subject to stock availability. Prices may be subject to change due to factors out of our control. We reserve the right to decline or refuse orders.
